The accident analysis Code Support Website has been created as part
of the International Nuclear Safety Program project,
"Ukraine Code Support," under the auspices of the
U.S. Department of Energy, National Nuclear Security Administration.
The purpose of this project is to provide Ukrainian Nuclear Power
Plants (NPPs) with a network of expert assistance with accident
analysis computer codes such as MELCOR and CONTAIN.
Access to the Website is restricted to those connected with
the project, Ukrainian NPPs and certain subcontractor organizations,
as well as others approved by the Technical Project Management
organization, Argonne National Laboratory.
The project has significantly contributed to the goal of
enabling the Ukrainian organizations to initiate and complete
NPP analyses using only their own resources.
